i eat them with salt which many of my friends found strange. i don't know, i just love it that way. same thing with apple, pear, peach , etc...

maybe i just got used to it 'cause many fruits in the Philippines are sour, especially the ones you can find in the wilds and they taste better eaten with salt.

i cannot find good strawberries from the place i live right now. no matter if i buy from the wet market or from supermarket, they aren't as sweet as i expect them to be.

we have strawberries in the Phils too but they aren't the best. they grew only in Baguio city which is the only cold place in the country. it is a city at the top of the mountain.

but i really crave for good straberries!!!
