February 5, 2009. it was the first time i saw morning again since the holidays. i got up early and got ready for the trip to the hot spring with all excitement. my prayer was heard - it was not cold :) i arranged the trip with my student who lives in the town where the lake is. my bf and i invited a couple of foreign teachers who are newcomers to China.
Zhichun Lake is the name of the place. underneath the ground lies an extinct volcano which keep the pools ans the lake naturally warm. the local government made it as a resort and SPA center.
we didn't plan to swim so we just took a look around. made pictures and had fun.
my favorite. i love alleys like this as much as trails, paths, winding roads and the like. i love anything that leads to a destination.
